This is my first jar of Shilajit and it’s been amazing. The first time I tried it I had a very euphoric feeling. Since then I have been using it daily as a pre-workout. It’s honestly so good! I missed taking it for 2 days and had really low motivation and didn’t feel as switched on as I do when I take it. I will continue using it for the rest of my life!! 🙌🏼

I am 51 years old, 6'8" (2.032 meters) and weighed in at 383.2lbs (173.8kg) this morning. I am about 135lbs heavier than my goal weight. I haven't been the picture of health these past few years. My left foot and my knees were in so much pain from carrying so much weight that it caused me to have a limp in my walk. This limp persisted for about 2.5 years. A few months ago I decided to start making small healthier changes to improve my health. The first step towards improving my health was taking Kensho Shilajit. I'd heard of all the great essential minerals that are in this shilajit but I was amazed when the pains in my left foot and knees were gone. It must have served as an anti-inflammatory agent as well. I was not expecting it to do this. I am no longer in pain and my limp is gone. I literally didn't change anything else in my life other than taking Kensho's Shilajit. This was a needed improvement because I plan on adding more physical activities in my routine and being pain free is going to make this easier for me.

I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any of the benefits yet but anticipating there will be some. Surprisingly the taste doesn't bother me much so I just take it off of the little spoon under my tongue. Thanks for the quick shipping over here to Canada.
The products seal was stuck to the resin inside, so my product is completely contaminated with some kind of glue and I won’t be using it, very disappointed
