Description

Shilajit is renowned for its high concentration of fulvic acid and composition of trace elements such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, potassium and more. In Aryuveda it is held in high regard as a Rasayana (rejuvenation herb) and consumed specifically for its therapeutic properties. In Russia, Shilajit is referred to as Mumijo and is consumed for its adaptogenic benefits and immuno-modulating activity.

Our Shilajit Resin is sourced from the Altai Mountain ranges of Russia near to Mongolia and Kasachstan at altitudes of 13,000 -14,000 feet. Our Shilajit is purified similar to that of the traditional Aryuvedic process with no solvents or chemicals and temperatures not exceeding 40 degrees celsius. This preserves all bio-active compounds and ensures a raw potent Shilajit resin of the highest quality.

Suggested use

Stir in warm/hot water. Wait 2-3 minutes for Shilajit to dissolve completely.
Starting with an amount resembling that of a rice grain. Slowly increase to a pea sized portion.
Serving size: 0.25g-0.5g

Any time in the morning is suggested, before or after a meal.

For maximum benefits, it can be consumed on an empty stomach as a tea, as recommended in Ayurveda.

Can i take Shilajit everyday? How much should i take?

Shilajit can be consumed daily.

For beginners use, the ideal serving size is 0.1-0.25g(rice grain). Once an understanding has been made with your body and how it reacts, the serving size can be gradually increased to 0.5g(pea size).

Please note the serving sizes are only approximations. It is important to tune into how your body feels and to make the judgement for yourself.

When can i expect to see the effects from taking it daily?
